The Type 97 is an assault rifle that appears in Warface. It is only available for the Rifleman class.
Usage
The Type 97 has some of the highest damage in its class but has a slightly lower rate of fire and less accuracy than average.
On the Xbox 360 version of the game, the Type 97 can only be unlocked through the Rifleman Crown Random Box. It is very rare but once it is unlocked, it is a permanent item. A statistically worse version of the Type 97 with desert camouflage can be bought with Kredits for a 7-day trial period.
