Overview

The Mosin Model 1891/30 is a unique Single-shot sniper rifle. It offers the maximum damage per shot of a sniper rifle and a high effective range. Although it offers a theoretical rate of fire of 170, it will never be able to shoot that fast due to its single-shot nature. Its actual rate of fire is closer to 32, although it can reach up to 60 with special reload speed-enhancing armor.

It has a unique BraMit silencer that reduces damage by 10% and a unique ZF4 scope that grants 3.5x magnification.
