The M1911A1 is a Pistol.

Overview

The M1911A1 is a unique semi-automatic pistol. It offers an excellent damage per shot, a high rate of fire, exceptional accuracy, and increased damage multipliers to the head and limbs. While it does suffer from abnormally high damage drop and a magazine capacity of just 7 rounds, it makes up with a comparably high minimum damage per shot and an extremely fast reload speed. The combination of high minimum damage and the increased 6.0x headshot multiplier allows it to kill any target in PvP with a single shot to the head at any range, significantly increasing its versatility at extreme ranges. It is an effective choice for any situation, although the absence of provision for scope attachments significantly complicates the aiming process at longer distances.
