Battle Royale

Battle Royale is a PvP Game Mode.

Overview

The objective of this game mode is to be the last survivor. Players start only with their melee weapons. Weapons and other items can be found inside crates scattered around the map. Airdrops containing the best weapons may eventually appear around the map. After 30 seconds from the beginning, the map area will begin to shrink. Anyone inside the death zone will take damage. The last player alive wins.

Weapons

Players do not start with any weapons other than their melee weapons. They must search the map for crates containing weapons. Hunt the airdrops for the best weapons.

Ammunition

All weapons obtained from crates have a full magazine, the only exceptions being Sniper Rifles and Energy Weapons. Ammo Packs found in crates give reserve ammunition to all weapons types, except Energy Weapons. You can also obtain reserve ammunition from another weapon with the same name. Reserve ammunition can be used for any weapon of the same type.

Attachments

All weapons can appear with random attachments. You can take attachments from weapons you do not want and use those attachments on another weapon that accepts them. Attachments can also be found randomly on crates.

Tiers

Weapons are separated into tiers. The tier defines how powerful the weapon is, with higher tier crates being rarer to find. WW2 and Energy Weapons can only be found in Exclusion Area.

Item Spawning

At the beginning of the match, items are selected from the list of available items. Each match will select 5 Tier 1 Weapons, 25 Tier 2 Weapons, 5 Airdrop Weapons, 5 WW2 Weapons and 10 Attachments. After the items are chosen, only those items will spawn in the match and multiple of the same item may spawn at different crates and items that were not selected will never appear. All Special Items and Explosives are always available. Each crate will then select an item:
