Helmets
Helmets protect the head. Note that head protection only reduces the damage multiplier to the head and not the total damage. For example, headshots from Assault Rifles deal 500% (5.0x), a head protection of 70% would reduce that to 430% (4.3x) while a head protection of 20% would only reduce it to 480% (4.8x).

Vests
The Armor Points absorb 80% of all damage taken, with the remaining 20% being dealt to the Health Points. Melee attacks ignore armor points. Also take note that all players have 125 HP.
