The Armadillo is effective at close and medium range. Its weakness is the power source located inside its hatch. Throwing a grenade inside the hatch will instantly destroy the Armadillo, even if the damage would not be enough to destroy the Armadillo. Mines can also instantly kill Armadillos if placed near their hatch. It does not have this weakness if it is placed at the ceiling.
